1. Who We Are

Vinyl Revival (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides professional vinyl record cleaning services using ultrasonic technology. We operate in partnership with selected record shops across the UK. Vinyl Revival Ltd is a registered UK company based in Chichester.

2. Our Services

We offer a range of vinyl record cleaning services (Standard, Premium, Audiophile), which may include ultrasonic cleaning, static removal, replacement inner and outer sleeves, and other vinyl care treatments. Service tiers and pricing are displayed on our website and may be updated periodically.

3. Customer Responsibilities

By submitting records to Vinyl Revival directly or via a partner record shop, you confirm that:

• You are the legal owner of the records or have permission to submit them
• The contact information provided is accurate
• You accept the handling and cleaning terms outlined below

4. Record Condition and Cleaning Results

We take great care when handling every record. However:

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including scratches, groove wear, warping, or pressing faults
• Cleaning can significantly improve playback, but some background noise may remain
• Results vary depending on the record’s age, condition, and pressing quality

5. Turnaround Time and Collection

We aim to clean and return records within a reasonable timeframe, though turnaround may vary depending on workload and service tier. Customers will be notified when their records are ready. Records not collected within 90 days may be considered abandoned unless otherwise agreed.

6. Payments

Payments are typically handled by our partner record shops at the time of drop-off. Vinyl Revival does not currently accept direct payments for in-store drop-offs. All pricing is displayed on our website and may be subject to change.

7. Returns and Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with the results of your cleaning service, please contact us within 7 days of collection. We may offer a free re-clean or partial refund if appropriate. We cannot offer compensation for noise or audio imperfections caused by scratches, groove wear, or other permanent damage.

8. Lost or Damaged Items

While every effort is made to protect your records, in the unlikely event of loss or damage while in our care, our liability will be limited to the fair market value of the item(s), up to a maximum of £100 per record, unless a higher value has been declared and agreed in writing at drop-off.

9. Data and Privacy

We only collect the personal information necessary to process your order and return your records (e.g. name, phone number, and email address). We will never sell or share your information outside of Vinyl Revival and its authorised shop partners.

10. Changes to These Terms
